Mega-DNU 70/2023: repeals the Rentals, Shelves and Supply laws

A cross-cutting deregulatory mega-decree of necessity and urgency: it declares a public emergency in economic, financial, fiscal, administrative, pension, tariff, health and social matters until Dec 31, 2025 (art. 1) and repeals or amends numerous laws that protected incumbents — among them it repeals the Rental Ley 27.551, the Shelf Ley 27.545, the Supply Ley 20.680 and the Commercial Promotion Ley 18.425, and amends the private-health-insurance regime (Ley 26.682), the customs and foreign-trade framework and, in its Title IV, the Employment Contract Ley 20.744 and related laws such as 14.250 and 24.013 verif. The labor Title IV has been suspended nationwide since January 2024 by an injunction of the National Labor Chamber requested by the CGT prob; the 2026 Labor Modernization Ley 27.802 re-enacted several of those rules by law, such as the one on blocking workplaces verif. On Oct 9, 2026 the Supreme Court provisionally suspended article 154, which repealed the Rural Land Ley 26.737, until the federal court of Bariloche rules on the amparo action prob.
