The companies of a territory, crossed against the projects that are coming

For chambers, clusters, industrial parks, development agencies and provincial governments: where the companies you represent can get in, which capabilities are missing and which barriers appear, before the supplier lists are made.

Talk to us

What we can do with a territory

The same analysis we do for one company, applied to a set. We take what the companies of a province, a chamber or a cluster make and do, and cross it against the projects we track. Three things come out:

  1. Which projects and which phase each capability fits into, with who buys and when.
  2. Which capabilities the investment demands and have no local supply today: the sectors where the local-content floor has nobody to buy from.
  3. Which barrier appears in each case: certification, registry, scale, lead time.

What we do it with

  • 30 RIGI projects and enabling works with their resolution, amount, phases and known contractors
  • 74 supplier sectors with their market in USD per year and their named competitors
  • 216 rules tracked, with the Official Gazette swept every day
  • 77 companies already operating in these projects, and which side of the table each one sits on
  • 1,308 sources on file; every published figure carries its tag and its link

What a first meeting decides

We do not arrive with a closed product: we arrive with the method and with what we already have. In a first conversation we want to understand:

  1. what you need to know, and for which decision
  2. what information you already have, and what you cannot get
  3. which companies you are trying to help
  4. which result would be useful to you, and in what format
  5. who would use it, and who would pay for it

With that we define together the scope of a first piece of work.

What it looks like, for one company

The per-company analysis already exists and has a format: two pages to decide and the full report as evidence.
