What changed
The San Juan Legislature approved the Aug 10, 2026 agreement between the Dirección Nacional de Vialidad and the province, acting through the Ministerio de Infraestructura, Agua y Energía, which entrusts San Juan with «carrying out works, upkeep, improvement and comprehensive maintenance on various sections of national routes detailed in the agreement». The agreement had already been ratified by Decreto 1084-MIAyE-2026 of Aug 12. The law does not name the sections. verif Aug 27, 2026 ↗
