What changed
It approves the Contract Readjustment Agreement signed on Sep 1, 2026 by the airport regulator (ORSNA) and Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A. According to its recitals, the concession holder commits to an additional direct investment of USD 600 M, VAT included, at Ezeiza International Airport. In exchange, the concession is extended to Feb 13, 2056, with a condition: part of that extension depends on AA2000 proving the funds before Jun 30, 2027 and reaching the planned works progress before Dec 31, 2031; otherwise, the concession ends on Feb 13, 2049.
