Construction of the steel mill and the rolling mill

Investment plan from admission: USD 142,874,000 in the first year and USD 127,334,000 in the second, with an Oct 31, 2026 deadline. ⚠️ In August 2026 the works were 30% complete and the company’s director declared the works would end in late 2027, six months earlier than the act’s own arithmetic.
